Submit a request to delete your TeethFast account. After ownership is verified, your account is disabled immediately and application access stops. An administrator will review your request and record any retention requirements.
Submission does not erase data. Your name, contact details, profile and credentials remain pending manual deletion or anonymization. Patient cases, scans, face images, messages, voice notes and attachments have a separate lifecycle and may be retained for treatment, warranty, business, legal, security or audit obligations.
Approved deletion and any file cleanup are handled manually. No fixed completion period is currently published. Contact TeethFast support for progress using your request reference.
Do not include patient names, clinical details or file links in your remarks.
