8. Patient Information We Collect

TeethFast application accounts are primarily used by doctors. Patients are not application account holders; healthcare professionals provide limited patient information as part of dental cases. This may include patient name, age, gender and intraoral scans. Age and gender support prosthesis and anatomical selection. Face images are processed only where required for smile design, aligner planning or similar treatment personalization, and are not required for unrelated cases.

Patient information is processed for dental case processing, treatment planning, prosthesis selection, warranty documentation and communication with authorized laboratory personnel. The account-related marketing and demographic provisions above do not describe a purpose for using patient clinical information for advertising.

9. Case Communications

Case-specific communications between doctors and authorized laboratory personnel may contain text, screenshots, images, voice notes, files, attachments, and treatment or processing instructions. These communications may contain patient-identifiable or clinical information and are stored as case-related data to support case processing and communication.

10. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion here or select Privacy / Delete Account from your profile menu. The public page verifies ownership using your registered mobile number and password without requiring an app login. Account access is disabled immediately after a verified request is accepted.

Requests are reviewed by an administrator. Submitting a request does not automatically erase or anonymize records. Account personal information, including name, contact details, profile information and authentication credentials, is handled through subsequent manual deletion or anonymization, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Deleting a doctor's account does not necessarily delete patient cases or case communications. These records have a separate lifecycle and may need to remain for treatment, processing, warranty, business, legal, security or audit purposes. Information identifying the doctor should be removed or anonymized during manual handling where it is no longer needed.

11. Patient / Case Data Deletion

Authorized doctors may submit a case deletion request, or contact TeethFast using the contact details above. Ownership and authorization must be verified. An administrator reviews the request and any retention obligations before manual action. A request does not automatically remove the case or disable the doctor's account.

Manual case deletion must consider patient name, age, gender, scans, face images, smile-design and aligner assets, case messages, screenshots, voice notes, attachments, and derived files such as previews and thumbnails. Necessary records may be retained for a documented applicable obligation.

12. Retention

Account and case information is retained only as long as necessary for its stated purpose or applicable treatment, warranty, business, accounting, legal, security or audit obligations. Only necessary information should be retained; information should be deleted or anonymized when the applicable requirement ends. Requests and review remarks are retained to document handling and retention decisions. No fixed deletion turnaround or retention period is currently published; contact TeethFast for information about your request.

13. Data Security and Authorized Access

Technical and organizational measures, including authentication and access controls, are used to protect patient and case information. Authorized laboratory personnel involved in processing a relevant case may access its information and communications. No system can guarantee absolute security.
